Order sent to the beylerbeyi of Haleb upon the request of the bailo regarding the Venetian consuls in Haleb. Apparently a Venetian merchant fled from Haleb after he bankrupted without paying his dues. The mutasarr ıf demanded the loss from the Venetian consul, which is against the ahdname. The consul refused to pay and was harassed. Meanwhile the new Venetian consul arrived in and he also asked him to pay. Now the beylerbeyi is ordered not to allow anyone harass the consuls and act in accordance with the ahdname.
